My dad was born and raised in Queens, NY and went to Notre Dame for 2 years before he dropped out in 1940 and joined the US Army. I grew up in Baton Rouge and I pronounce it like my dad did when he was alive: Noder Dame. I have six cousins who are ND grads and they all say Noder Dame.

I'm from Boston and learned to pronounce it "Notra" like everone else in South Bend during my four years there.

Most say dom. They're very traditional and they go with the French pronunciation.

While I was there I heard it pronounced as both dahm and dame usually depending on the age of the speaker.
But as you know Jay, it's always Notra in South Bend.

There you go guys. Being Cajun and of French speaking ancestry I shall pronounce it Notra Dame going forward.

If you say notra, you should say daam and not dame.

You should also use the guttural "r" sound in "Notre" if we're splitting hairs on pronunciation.
