picked up one of the waldan farms dressings last night.
Only had 2 flavors at the walmart I was at.

I have tennis today & tomorrow, so I'm planning to be strict Weds-Fri. I've never reached a point with low carb/keto where I feel like I have the endurance I need to do physical activity without carbs. I run out of steam. So I'm gonna have carbs today & tomorrow.

3 weeks to go to get under 180 for the lent goal. Going to watch total calories tight his week since I cant lift or workout with any intensity probably for the entire week.

yea my walmart only carries 3 flavors.
I order their pancake syrup from online also. it is very good over 4 kodiak protein pancakes (only 190 cals)

Ive had some of the Walden's Farms stuff. For PSMF it's handy, but most of the stuff is gross. The ranch and honey mustard are awful.. haven't tried any other salad dressings. The sesame ginger, chocolate sauce, and coffee creamers are all pretty tasty, though.

Rouses had a bunch of the dressings, I bought the ketchup today, but I'm not a fan. I think I could deal with the taste, but its so thin that it kind of overpowers everything.

Would like to submit Lose It! It's a free app that basically helps you track calories. I've paired it with an under armour app that more accurately calculates how much I burn while biking and so far so good. Have lost 14 lbs since lent began! Looking to drop 60 total ideally.
