not sure what you are shooting for, macros wise. But for pancakes... kodiak cakes are GOAT. Four 4" pancakes 190 calories. And they taste amazing! Topped with the waldean farms syrup (which i heat n microwave for 45 seconds) Thats my saturday and sunday breakfast every week with coffee

That looks good.
I usually just do my lifestyle mix/water/heavy whipping cream in the morning so I don't have to go to work smelling like food.

I've been trolling Pinterest for new recipies this week too. Makes me feel like a soccer
Mom. Haha.

I missed the lifestyle mix part & read that as drinking heavy cream + water for breakfast. It sounded gross for a minute, but then I was like...duh. Milk. It's too early!

here is a basic target likk. They are cheap. There are a few different flavors. I like the plain whole grain buttermilk best.

Love that sunny side up baw.

I did IF till noon today and hit a fajita beef salad over a bed of spinach for lunch.

I found some great microwave bacon I been using lately. 3 minutes to produce 4 pieces of extra crispy. No cleanup involved and doesn't smoke the house up.

Google it... alot of information. Different ways to do it.


Easiest is fast for 16hrs straight, and eat during the other 8.


another way is to eat your normal calories 5 days a week... and the other 2 days only eat 500 calories.


Reason is once you are in a fastes state for so long your body starts using fat that is stored for fuel.... that is why you wana stay fasted 16hrs straight.

I normally fast from 7-8 pm to noon at least 5 days a week. I have had my carbs under 20g for 6 weeks. I can tell on the scale the next morning whether I did or didn't fast the day before. The difference is small but it's there.
