I'm still full from a late lunch. I boiled 2 sacks of crawfish and ate till I was miserable.

fyi, anyone looking, LA Lobsters, just across the bridge, turn south on LA1, on left by WalMart. They posted on their FB page, $50 sacks all weekend, so I went grab one. 39 pounds, beautiful bugs.

My dad smoked a boston butt for me, i pulled the bone half and made sandwiches tonight. Sliced and chopped the rest for lunch.

Crawfish and a thrown together sauce over shirataki noodles. It was meh.

Grilled Porkchops marinated in a homemade pesto.
On the side: potatoes with sliced red onion, red bell pepper, garlic, thyme, rosemary. Tossed in olive oil and butter then wrapped in foil and thrown on the grill.

No dinner. We had very late lunch at Imperial Cathay in Shreveport.
I noticed on the menu "spicy can be adjusted." The last time I ordered a spicy meal there, it wasn't. So I told the waiter "VERY SPICY" for my dish.
It was better than before but not nearly enough heat. I'm beginning to think I'm a victim of ageism. 'The old guy can't take this much pepper and will send it back.'
That's why I'm growing my own this year. Thai peppers so I can make my own spicy stir fry.
