UM has their OC and DC under contract for 2 more years. It was a request Carr made before retiring.

Yes but nothing says that they have to stay OC and DC. Could make them DB or line coaches, but give them higher pay for one year.

I believe one or both will not be at Michigan next year. Those are Carr's guys and Miles and Carr seem to have issues. Carr does not want Miles to be the next HC at Michigan.

does anyone else think we're going to get our asses kicked today?

No. LSU is going to beat the Viles. Hang in there. bullshite time to make the announcement tho, IMHO.

I thought UM would at least force Les to keep English, but maybe he's pissed Lloyd couldn't get him the job.

Michigan's OC & DC have one year left on a two year deal. It was negotiated by Carr last year because he knew he would retire this year.

Again, they just have to pay them. That's a mini-buyout. LSU should consider hiring English as DC, though he's likely to stay in the Big-10 or move out west.

I thought so too but I'm glad because English can't defend the spread offense.
