1. Hardy is an elite pass rusher. Period. We desperately need a playmaker at pass rusher.

2. "The Allen Affect" - Dennis Allen is infamous for his strict locker room discipline. I wouldn't be surprised for Allen to completely renovate Hardy's attitude and even make him a respectable role model.

3. Energy- Hardy could bring a much needed spark to a squad that show signs of lethargy last season.

If he'll bring some consistent attitude and ability to our DL, sure. I don't give a shite where it comes from at this point, I want playmakers on the defense. Could you imagine if almost any other team in the league had the consistency we've had on offense? Denver with our offense would have won two to three super bowls.

I say sign Greg Hardy, trade for Mario Williams and just rotate them around with Cameron Jordan. Hardy and Williams both want rings and they both have chips on their shoulder, let's start kicking asses.

I'm keeping an eye on Ware and Mario Wills first.

4. With all of the moves the team has made and will make to clear cap space, we will have extra room for the Dead Money after we cut him for more off field issues.

Junior Gallette was mild compared to Hardy. You are out of your mind if you think Hardy has any chance in hell of coming here

It would definitely IMPROVE the defense. That's why it couldn't hurt.

Don't think it would ever happen because you saw the Saints draft high quality character guys last year. Don't see the Saints bringing in a player with character issues.

That P.O.S. thug doesn't deserve to be on any team.

Really? Really? You really think after the Junior debacle, they would spend money on a POS like Hardy?

They are going back to what got them to the NFCCG in 06 and SB in 09 and that's character. They'd be more likely to sign Shanle than Hardy this offseason.

Worst post I've ever seen

...after Galette, it's a laughable proposition.

Put it this way...

If the Dallas Cowboys think you are too much of a headcase to keep...then you are really messed up.

I'd sign him and hope he doesn't do something stupid. Hardy living in New Orleans doesn't seem like a good idea.

No thanks

When it comes to winning, I'm the first to admit I don't have a high bar for player morality... but I do have a bar.

The Saints better sign him if they know whats good for them! They dont want to get beat down and explain to their friends how they walked into a door.
