Just added a new hire at work. She is looking for a good neighborhood in BRLA for her family. I suggested Capital Heights and Southdowns when she told me her price range. Any other ideas if they want to stay in BRLA and not move to the suburbs?

No way to answer this question without a price range.

I dont think that is high enough for a nice updated place in Southdowns or Capital Heights. That will get you a fixer upper

If you intend on your new hire being raped, that's a wonderful area. She'd be hard pressed to find anything in Southdowns in that price range. Capital Heights is a maybe, but her dollar won't go very far there.

She should check whichever suburb is closest to where she works.
