So, would you rather frick a lesbian chick that looks like a dude or a trans that looks more like a chick? Balls in your court buddy, I'll hang up and listen.
One means you're gay, one means you're straight. So as long as you are cool with being gay, go with whatever floats your boat.

This is such fricking bullshittery.
You can't slap on some makeup and a pair of bolt-ons and "become" something else.
If I put my red underwear on inside out and throw on a cape, I haven't "become" Superman.

There's no such fricking thing as "transgender."
You are what your DNA says you are. Do you people not even science?

said he'd rather frick the trans bc at least it looks like a chick.
See, this is dumb.
"Looks like a chick".
You know, except for the mutilated genitals and the balls and the Adam's apple and the big hands and feet.
And the bone structure.
Look, if I slap nascar fenders and wheels on a Prius, it might LOOK like a race car...
But it's what is under the hood that counts.

I hate to tell you, but they're both gay. We use threads like this to flush out the funny fairies; now don't come back.

It's not gay until you get to third base, right?

End of story
Yeah, not really sure why that was posed as a difficult question.

quote:If it alleviates their gender dysphoria and improves their personal psychological well-being, self-fulfillment, and feelings of comfort with their gendered selves, then it's good treatment.
Well that's not much treatment then.
The focus should be on treating the patient's feelings of anxiety so they can live happy and productive lives without being saddled with anxiety, fear, guilt, or shame. Sometimes that's accomplished through helping the person transition. Sometimes it's not! Sometimes transitioning is the wrong option and does more harm than good. That's why it's best to leave issues like this up to the patient's medical professionals.

Actually sexual reassignment surgery is so good these days that it's hard to tell by looking downstairs if it's a male-to-female transition and the transwoman got a good surgery. Not all of trans people change their genitals.

A lot of them do get treated and sometimes that treatment involves transitioning.
Maybe shock therapy should given another shot.

I care about trans issues because I have a few friends who have come out as transgender and subsequently transitioned after spending a lot of time in therapy and consulting medical professionals. At first it was difficult to understand and I had a lot of misconceptions about trans issues, but I put in the effort to learn about it because I care about my friends.
