Favorite cheese to snack on?

I don't crave sweets. I crave cheese. Smoked gouda, brie, goat cheese, and at times a good extra sharp cheddar are my favorites. Kroger about 30 miles from here has an awesome cheese variety and I am always looking to try new ones. I am looking for stuff to snack on, not add to a recipe. What are your favorites?

a creamy tangy sheep's milk is my preference. that or a hard cheese that's really nutty.

I'm not picky when it comes to cheese, truffle brie, boursin and goat cheeses are some of my favorite snacking cheeses at the moment.

Truffle Tremor is probably my favorite.
I also enjoy a nice sharp aged cheddar.

Jarlsberg for snacking because it's got a mild flavor that doesn't work well on sandwiches. A wedge of that and a box of Carr's Table Water Crackers and I'm good to go.
Otherwise Swiss is my favorite. It's great for snacking too, especially at room temperature. I don't even bother storing it in the refrigerator. It's great by itself or on a cracker, or I can eat it with mustard. That's really good even if you think it sounds weird.

You get Guggisberg in your neck of the woods? Probably not the 'big hole' variety, I assume. That's not as widely distributed. But I didn't know you could get their baby Swiss outside the Midwest.

Yes, we get it in MS
I was first turned onto it while visiting my wife's relatives in Wayne county Ohio (large Amish population there). Got my first wheel 20 years ago and was hooked
