Made a shrimp and corn soup the other day without spending time to make a shrimp stock on my own.
1-1.5 cups peeled deveined fresh shrimp
2 cup/guidrys
1 can creamed corn
1 can sweet corn
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of potato
1 can chicken stock
saute vegetables in 1 stick butter. throw in shrimp, cook. add stock and cream of chicken, mushroom, etc. add corn. bring to a boil, add heavy cream. simmer for 20-30 min. came out great.
season to taste. I added salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

That's similar to one of my favorites. I just use cream cheese and then a can of Rotel as well. Also prefer crab to shrimp, but they are interchangeable.

I bumped the soup thread for you.
Ina Garten's Tuscan white bean soup is a good one if you want a bean soup.

I'm not sure if you are fricking with me for my autocorrect or if it's a legit question
If serious, I have not noticed the Rotel making the soup greasy

"Rotella" is motor oil, I believe.

Taco soup is my go-to easy soup recipe, especially when there's colder weather.

Some of those soup in a bag things are actually pretty legit and you can doctor up how you want
I don't mean the ones where you pour the soup out of the bag, rather the ones where you have a bag of something like lentils and other vegetables and you just throw in a pot of boiling water.

There are some potato soups in the soup section that are just bags of flakes with seasoning in them. You just boil a couple quarts of water and drop the flakes in.
The chipotle one is surprisingly good considering the complete lack of skill and time that is required to make it.

Had some macaroni to add in bowl
Was quick easy and was ready on the stove when I got back from the parade
