Thank God for Russian dash cams.

I would imagine she did that for some sort of insurance claim. Fraud is a major issue in Russia which is why they have so many dash cams.

Maybe I give people too much credit, but I would think everyone who can at least drive a vehicle, knows gasoline is flammable and that you don't hold a lighter to a fricking gas tank.
