Noooo, that was Ohio State and 2007. 2003 did not need many help like 2007 did.

Actually, the Boise-Hawaii game did factor into 2003. I think USC beat Hawaii earlier in the season, so them losing hurt USC's strength of schedule. If you recall, we had an awful strength of schedule that year because 2 teams bailed on playing in Tiger Stadium. I think Bowling Green was the one that happened in the summer, which was ridiculous. It was ESPN that set it up, offering to televise a MAC game if they moved it to a weeknight. It conflicted with our game, and I think ESPN even paid the buyout. I forget who the other team was. Maybe Texas Tech?

We ended up having to schedule Western Illinois at the last minute. Arizona also ended up being beyond bad that season. Remember that road arse whipping?

USC SUCKS!!!! Tigers were the UNDISPUTED national champs of 2003, and 2007, and they have the trophies to prove it.

I was there!!!

1. Got tired of hearing Boomer Sooner and their gay song

2. Had my first hurricane....and 2nd and 3rd at Pat O's until I puked. (Also had my pic taken with Toby Keith and Kevin Faulk)

3. Did it up right by partying 2 nights before the game and had time to recover.

4. Saw a guy get thrown out of Pat O's and resisted arrest withy the NOPD and he paid the price when they threw him down in the curb and busted his head open.

Loved all the experience!!!!

One series LSU sacked White all three plays. The defensive line was disgusting. Big huge mauling players.

Watched some OU students and fans peak way too soon. Burbon Street got them

Oklahoma fans still haven't gotten over losing the game in the stadium and on Bourbon Street. They're still mind fricked and they made up so much stuff that LSU fans did to them, and they were scared to come here for the Super Regional in 2011. And they went back home with more fake stories about what LSU fans did to them.

I remember flying into New Orleans from Florida the night before. Met my family at the Sheraton on Canal.

I will never forget the experience of watching that game with dad. I lost my voice on the first play and Dad jumped into the lap of a guy he worked with.

Very special memory.
