The 2nd amendment applies to the federal government. See your state constitution and what it says on the right to bear arms if you care what matters.

I know what the 2nd amendment applies to. The Heller decision, decided by the USSC lead to changes in Illinois and California. If an opposite decision was made, you can bet it would extend to the states.

NBA players never have any issues with guns, so I will gladly listen to the league's view on them. Maybe they can invite some ex-NFL talents like Plaxico Burress in too.
