Damn...RIP...he was on the Board of Directors for my fantasy football team (The Crawdaddies) along with Justin Wilson, Bobby Hebert and Emeril.

RIP...he's one of the few chefs that has consistantly really good recipes.

I chuckled when I saw him in his electric scooter 20 yrs ago ordering a Lucky Dog.

Not to take a swipe at him at all, and we've all done it too, but there was some funny irony in seeing the famous Chef PP making such a purchase.
