My toddler wakes up in the night (2nd updated OP)

My daughter has been sleeping through the night since she was 4 months old. She is now 14 months. She usually sleeps like a rock. 7pm to 6 am. The past few nights she has woken up at 11 pm and just screamed bloody murder until about 1230. At first, we thought she was sick, bad dream, etc. Last night, I figured it out. She wants to sleep in the bed with us. We have only let her do this when she is sick, and usually we let her fall asleep with us and we transfer her to her bed.
Is there anything we can do to stop this or do we just have to let her cry it out? Please help. TIA
Thanks for the comments please keep them coming.
2nd update- my wife picked up our daughter from school today. She was pulling on her ears. We looked in there and sure enough they are draining big time. Looks like it's another ear infection. At least we know her tubes are working.

her cry it out
Also, 14 months could be the onset of teeth (molars) are coming. They will make her unable to sleep without some type of medicine

Its probably just a little phase she is going through. With my daughter, phases like this last about 3 nights.
We always would do the let her cry it out for 5 minutes, go in and put our hand on her chest till she calmed down, then wait 10 minutes next time, then 15, etc till she would finally fall back asleep.
*I type this as I have been up all night with a sick 2 year old, so just know that you aren't alone in your lack of sleep

quick question for the OP
do y'all do this every night or just on occasion? because if y'all do this every night, she might wake up and be confused, as she fell asleep with y'all in your bed, then wakes up in the night somewhere elese

I have an 8 month old that decided not to sleep as well this past week as she had been. That doesn't help you but just know you aren't alone

Mine did that some and he is 3.5 years old and will still do it once a month. Like a night terror.
He'll come out of it when he hears my wife's voice.

Same here, 15 month old has been up most of the night 3-4 nights in a row now. Pretty sure it's teeth. He finally slept through the night again last night.
These little spells def suck though.

You bunch of spoiled Nancies! My 3 yr old hasn't slept through the night since she was born! On top of not sleeping, she's up every morning by 6! No matter if we put her to bed at 8 or 10!

my daughter was screaming "Daddy help!" "No! Bad!" and "Eat it!" in her sleep last night
I have no idea what it was about but it was kinda freaking me out

My two year old has slept 12 hours a night since she was about 2 months old. She has never awoken during the night. I mean never. Not one time. It's crazy
She has also never been sick. I'm not looking forward to those days/nights

Our 12 month old will wake up from time to time screaming like a hell during the night. Depending on how long its been since he ate last, my wife may go in and try to nurse him. Or sometimes I go in and just hold him in the rocking chair to calm him down and put him back in his crib. He does not come in our bed though.
