How about we worry about this later and focus on baseball?

Yes better send good vibes to Omaha or else the team might play like crap because they are too worried about what strangers are posting on a message board

You should never take the law into your own hands, in this day we live in though you're guilty until proven innocent! That's what's sad.

he filed a police report the day they were stolen and instead of waiting on BRPD, he handled matters himself.

them breaking into the home with someone in it... the room mate guy could have shot all of the LSU players and been justified for it.

I've done this myself. BRPD and LSUPD are worthless. I was able to recover a $400.00 bicycle back myself in 2009. It's still an active investigation with LSUPD.

Well that's not good in a way..

If he filed it with police and found out some guy bought it stolen without knowledge.. They should have went to the police with the guy and explain what happened and who it was to retrieve the other items.

I admit I may not be too informed... Just going off this last page on the thread

Unauthorized entry? Sounds minor as shite

It's burglary without the stealing or assaulting someone. Breaking into someone's house. It's pretty serious. Definitely a felony.

Or maybe they are just doing their job investigating a murder.
If that were the case, they would have shut their mouth and done their work. They didn't.

I guess they proved that they won't be disrespected and I'm sure that's more important to them than football.

you can't go around breaking doors down to find your shite. that's not how this works.

I see what you are saying, and it is very possible they just took shite that wasn't theirs. But if I found out the dude down the hall from me in the dorms took my shite, I'm not calling the cops, I'm going to get the shite back my self. But I'm smart enough to keep records of the serial numbers on my items, or my iPod with my fricking name written on it. I had multiple shite stolen from me with proof while I was at LSU. First time I involved the cops, they asked me what they expect them to do about it.... Umm go question the fricker and get my shite back. No nothing. Brpd is run by a bunch of shady fricks.

I may be wrong, but don't think so. In this case they took enough stuff with a value worthy of a felony. But if it was theirs, then sure charge them for whatever and also charge the people that took it to begin with.

"Doodaman" was the 1 that stole from Jennings.

This Anderson kid bought the stolen items from "Doodaman". He wasn't the 1 that actually stole from Jennings.

At least that's what the article said.

And the unlawful entry of a dwelling is a felony.

So basically Harris will lead us to an SEC title but then Jennings will start it.

I can live with that..

The value doesn't matter. Unauthorized entry falls under Burglary RS 14:62 which is a felony charge.
