Only 1 that could get a lesser charge is DT, because he was the only 1 charged with simple burglary despite the fact that they all were there. He was the only 1 charged with it because the roommate saw him carrying the shoes and PS4. But they all could be charged with simple burglary though, not just DT.

Ok so let me get this straight... Some dude with the nickname of "Doodaman" had Jennings laptop and this Anderson kid bought it from him. So presumably, "Doodaman" was the guy that broke in and originally stole those things from Jennings and he sold them to the Anderson kid.
So it's not like this Anderson kid was the 1 that stole from Jennings and they went and stole them back, like some are saying, correct? He just was the person that bought the stolen items from "Doodaman".
So who the frick is "Doodaman"? With a nickname like that, you would think he wouldn't be too hard to find.
