Yeah. On the positive side everything is prepped so I only have a short amount of work to do before a long slow simmer.

FBD-?BD shared with friends. The bottle with no label was an Ecor Rouge sour from Fairhope Brewing Co. A growler of a yet to be named DIPA from Fairhope Brewing Co. was in the mix. Good times.

My initial thought was that I prefer the tap version but after a few sips I cannot tell the difference. Very well done

Wine BA stouts, enjoyable yes, but you get that uneasy feeling after drinking, like finding out it was not-so distant cousin or something that nature.
