I know the most common answer is to cook it yourself but I am not qualified to do so. We are having a retirement party next month and I have been tasked with providing it.
I have been looking around it appears Rouses, Rice and Roux, and the Jambalaya shop are some of the ones that can provide it. Are there any others that you all can recommend?

Tramonte's can probably handle that as well.

Call Tramontes. They make good Jambalaya. Any place that does catering should be able to accommodate you. Not sure who will give you the best deal however.

Call the jambalaya champion

Bring me the ingredients, or I can get them wholesale for you, and I'll donate my time. I can knock that out while we're doing morning prep.

If you're willing to get it from Prarieville, call Tee-Wayne's.

Take Jambo up on his offer

If you're in BR, make the trip across the river to The Jambalaya Spot in Port Allen. It's worth it.

I would accept Jambo's offer, and pay him anyway. It would be the solid thing to do for a stand up guy that would make you an offer like that.

Jambo, thanks for the offer. Whats the easiest way to get in contact with you? I would need it for Friday, June 19 not sure if that changes anything.

Why? It tastes exactly the same as Pot & Paddle and the half dozen Jambalaya Shoppe's in BR proper.

I personally think it has more depth of flavor and the white beans are better than any other jambalaya place in BR.
