What's you're favorite? Many will say ribeye, but there are a lot of under-rated cuts out there...pork sirloins are really good, chuck eye steaks, hanger steaks...

I love a good t-bone, but I'd probably say ribeye.

I love a good pork steak. Franks Supermarket sells some little steaks called patio steaks. I really like those as well. But my favorite cut of meat to grill is a whole pompano.

Skirt steak or maybe a sirloin flap steak. So easy and quick to grill.

Center cut pork chops, lamb chops and chicken thighs are favorites of mine.

I'm a big fan of hanger and flat iron steaks.

If I'm buying steak, I prefer strip.
If pork - a thick chop
Fish - Tuna or swordfish
Love shrimp, oysters
Regardless, I keep the seasoning simple and the cooking as quick as possible.

I love a good 1 inch sirloin.
however, the older I get, the more I just want a huge hamburger steak loaded with onions and real French fried potatoes.

Nothing beats a ribeye for me

Ribeye is number one, but a 24 he sous vide flank steak thrown in the grill to sear is pretty Damn good as well.

It's hard to beat country style ribs cut from a Boston butt. I like to season them the day before and grill them to 165 degrees internal. Serve with rice dressing, navy beans, garlic bread, and banana pudding for desert.
