I get back in my truck in the AC or heat during the winter. Especially since I have a 36 gal tank and some pumps take forever.

Millions of people leave their car running daily while pumping and there's no evidence of at least one accident?

I pumped it with the engine on a few times. I was coming home from a road trip with a bad battery so i didn't want to turn off the car.

I get in, turn up the A/C, and listen to some tunes

If its diesel, I leave it running. If its gas, I turn it off. Not sure why I do this.
