I watched the entire video and didn't see anything odd. Where were the racist comments everyone is talking about?

Its clearly racist. You don't have to use the 'N" word for a statement to be racist. The context of her dialogue is blatantly stating that { of course all the blacks are leaving..thats what they do}.... when in fact it was a white couple that originally had words with her and walked out.
Im sure she had a couple drinks before her big day talking in front of all those people... and shite hit the fan for her.

This was poor crowd control 101. This was like a comedian/speaker who couldn't handle a heckler or a tough Q and A and does something to lose the audience (boo'd off stage or people walk out).
Her response was disproportionate to the situation. As a few left, she became angry and defiant which in turn caused more to leave. She kept ratcheting it up and eventually clears out the room - (Graduation is unoffically over!).
All she had to do was announce a mistake in the program and for everyone to be courteous to the skipped speaker. Allow about 30 seconds for things to settle down and then hand the kid the mic.

This country is completely fricked. Most of them just wanted to leave and there was the excuse. Just like there's always a reason to not work, to hate certain groups, etc. Rationalizing selfish descisions is all this country seems to care about now.
