She explained that boiling water, 212°F (99.98°C), is sometimes used to kill germs-for example, to disinfect drinking water that might be contaminated with pathogens. But "hot" water for hand washing is generally within 104°F to 131°F (40°C to 55°C.) At the high end of that range, heat could kill some pathogens, but the sustained contact that would be required would scald the skin.

What exactly does that mean, "with his bare hands." Like he used a wand or brush without gloves or they literally made him rub the inside of the toilet with his bare hands.

If it's the first, who gives a shite.
If it's the second, well, that's just dumb, ineffective, and possibly crossing the line.

But in all seriousness warm to hot water does help facilitate the ridding of bacteria from the skin

Sometimes you get mud butt and use up half a roll. Teachers should have just taught him the value of courtesy flushes and this could have been avoided

Would've been a good character building lesson, but now that his mom is crying about it to anybody that will listen all he'll learn is how to be a victim

It's not even sanitary, dude. It's not about being a victim, it's about not letting your kid be degraded by his own teacher like that

Learned when I was younger (particularly when I reached manhood and hair started popping up places it hadn't been before ), that sometimes, it's going to take some extra TP to get everything cleaned up. Flush at every opportunity you can. Clogging a toilet when you aren't at home is one of the more embarrassing things I've experienced.

Was he wiping the seat down using hand to seat touching? No? Then who cares?

Whether he was wiping it down with towels or using a plunger to unclog it, unless he's mentally imbalanced he wasn't actually picking up turds with his bare hands. What a non-story.
