The one that you owned because of whatever reason sold and would like to own again.

Mine: 1972 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 Red 3 speed Just absolutely the toughest piece of equipment not Army issued I've ever been around. Paid $800 dollars for it spent another thousand modding and it was sweet.

Sold the one on the left to fund the rebuild of the one on the right:

That was 5 years ago, the rebuild has never been finished.

I was an hour away from buying a sweet little BMW E39 M5 when my wife called and told me she was pregnant.

Showed up at a farm outside of Purvis, MS because a '57 Biarritz was reportedly there, missed on it by an hour but got the booby prize of a '57 Bel Air in much better shape for much less money.

Glad I didn't in retrospect, I was able to easily flip the Chevy but that huge Cadillac car would have owned me instead of me owning it. Still there were less than 3,000 of them built in '57....

This was my first car I ever had

It was freakin awesome and I loved it. When I got to college I wanted to be some super billy badass and have 2 vehicles (why? Idk, I was young and stupid) so with some money I had saved up I bought a truck. Well, obviously, that REAL quick became an unwise decision because obviously expenses add up fast with 2 vehicles. So I decided to sell the Impala because a)in Athens it just made more sense to have a truck instead of it and b)I could get more money for it.

I still about once a month have dreams about driving that car.

1966 Chevelle 396 SS. Be worth a few bucks now

1983 Porsche 944, Guards Red 5 speed. Nah, that car about broke me in maintenance

Missed chance to buy '82 Rolls Royce at a good price. I had moved and owner didn't know how to get in touch. Sold it to some collector in CA, turned out to be some special stretch version.

A hunting lease back in the day had a Volkswagen Thing for lessees' use... I was barely old enough to drive, but I wish I would have found a way to acquire that "car" from them.

'79 RX-7

I got it from an old guy my Dad knew @ 1998. It was almost 20 years old, but was kept in a temperature controlled garage, and only had 17K original miles.

The car was a blast. Sold it for "practical" car.

Didn't own, but had a shot at an all aluminum bodied Ferrari 308 in Ft. Lauderdale back in about 1997. Fly yellow and in perfect condition.

Rare car that's worth a pretty penny today. I'm sure I would have ruined it though.

I had a 1978 GMC Sierra 4x4. It was the regular cab with a stepside.

They thing was tough as nails and I miss it. Someone in town has a black K blazer from the early 1980s that reminds me of it.

I had a '68 Camaro in Marina Blue. Put 130,000 miles on and sold it for $500 to buy a pickup with camper.
Still dream about that car and good times!

Found one a year or 2 ago , same color, but hor rodded up. Only $15,000. Didn't buy; wish I had.

Went out to buy a Cameron IROC-Z. Showed up to a shady used car lot with a trailer on it to test and drive it for about $1500. Walked in and someone was already paying for the car. All $20s. I was devastated. I wound up driving my 1993 Ford Taurus until the transmission finally blew.
