Pop-a-lock scammer back

Before I had seen this old thread, he had tried to scam me with the Pop-a-lock story at the gas station at Siegen and Perkins. A few months later I saw the thread above and realized it was the same guy.
Today he approached me at the Chik-fil-A on College. His story today was that he needed a tow truck for his car and needed cash. I told him nice try bro, but he had already tried that one on me before as I started taking pics. He immediately put his hands over his face and ran off. Should have kept my mouth shut before I got off a good pic but I can tell you 100% that this was the same guy.
And yes, I'm a long time lurker and never post here but I had to share this in case anyone else sees him!

This guy was out scamming parking lots in the perkins/Essen area last week. I ran him off from my business. I wish I would have seen the earlier threads. Opportunity missed.

He hit me up for money for a tow truck last night inside the Chimes by LSU. Dude was pretty bold, walked right up to me while my wife and I were eating and tried to ask me for $17. I told him to get lost.

This reminds me of a woman who accosted me right as I walked out of the door of a gas station last year. She needed money for gas or something. I immediately noticed she was holding not one but two cell phones in her hand. One of the phones even rang as she was talking to me. She followed me to my car like I was going to give her money and was surprised when I waved her off. I never give money to people off the street for any reason whatsoever. I only give to charities to ensure the recipient is legit.
