I hate Tavares

So losing to far better teams warrants a firing?
You knew damn well going into tonight what the outcome would be, yet you choose to bitch about it.
Grow up.

This is just setting up AD's MVP campaign. When they come back and get on a hot streak against good teams after the All Star break and make the playoffs, losses to the worst teams in the league without AD just pads his resume, it seems like a pretty open and shut case.

Pels minus AD, Ryno, and Jrue is a bottom 5 team.

Are you Monty?

We're missing 3 of our top 5 players, two of which were power forwards. Of course we were going to lose to the Pacers.

I don't think anyone around here is a "fan" of Monty.
But to think anyone can be competitive with the roster they threw out tonight is funny.

A far better team with a far worse record. Imagine that...

It must be great to be Gordon and Evans. You are a top 10 paid player at your position. Your team needs to step up. You come out against a weak team, playing against a couple of the worst starters in the league at your positions. You play like garbage and make little to no impact. Two guys that have averaged 20ppg before couldn't crack double digits. But it's cool, cause no one expects you to actually be good. Life must be great. Oh yeah and it's the coaches fault..

I'm shocked how little adjustments were made from Utah to Indiana. It was the same bullshite. Like he just decided to take a couple days off early before the ASB.
When the same lineup started the 2nd half after getting skull drug in the 1st quarter, it was just time to stop caring.
It must be great to game plan for a lineup with 1 shooter in it and the most uncoordinated duo of bigs to ever start a game together.

So are the spurs a bottom 10 team without Parker Duncan Ginobili? They beat the heat last year without them.

It just might happen

You can't use the Spurs as an example. They're an anomaly coached by the greatest of all time.
AD wins games by himself. If the Rockets didn't have Dwight, Ariza, and a supernova Harden, I doubt they win many games. If Jeff Green, Mike Conley, and Gasol miss games, their record probably takes a nose dive.
No one is saying Monty is great, or good for that matter, but I can think of maybe two coaches who could take that lineup and win some games. Playing without that amount of production is fatal more often than not.
