This is a real thing. I remember Peter Bergen describing this debate among the Taliban in his book Holy War, Inc, which came out shortly after 9/11, whether gays should be thrown off buildings or crushed under rocks. I'd personally like to gather every religious text ever written, put in a large enough cage, and set that on fire.

You hear very few, if any, of the "moderates" condemn it though. The vast majority of Christians loudly condemn Westboro Baptist or the Army of God or other crazy shite
Not true at all. Their voices are being drowned out by all the news pertaining to ISIS

The most explicit condemnation came from Iyad Ameen Madani, the Secretary General for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the group representing 57 countries, and 1.4 billion Muslims.
In a statement, he officially denounced the “forced deportation under the threat of execution” of Christians, calling it a “crime that cannot be tolerated.” The Secretary General also distanced Islam from the actions of the militant group known as ISIS, saying they “have nothing to do with Islam and its principles that call for justice, kindness, fairness, freedom of faith and coexistence.”

100 Sunni And Shiite U.K. Imams: The Islamic State Is An "Illegitimate, Vicious Group." As the Huffington Post reported, 100 Sunni and Shiite Imams from the U.K. came together to produce a video denouncing the Islamic State, releasing a statement that they wanted to "come together to emphasise the importance of unity in the UK and to decree ISIS as an illegitimate, vicious group who do not represent Islam in any way."

So...her punishment for failing to kill herself is to be killed. That's a good trade-off for someone who believes what she believes. That's why this will be an uphill battle.

ordan said that if the pilot was killed they would execute every ISIS hostage they had. Let's see if they man up and stick to their word
I'm praying for this to happen.

That's fine.
You want to die? Congratulations. Here's your prize.

This is bullshite. There are MORE muslims currently trying to eradicate ISIS than there are non-muslims trying to do so.
Why the frick you think ISIS had the Jordanian pilot? Because he VOLUNTEERED to fight ISIS.
Why is this so hard to believe? There are good and bad people in every population segment on this earth.
Evil does not belong to a single race.
Evil does not belong to a single country.
Evil does not belong to a single religion.
This is not that difficult to figure out. If it is difficult for you to figure out, then you haven't really been paying attention to shite that's happened in our own country the past few years.

Good post.
It is possible to be sickened by this shite without condemning more than a billion people who aren't involved or supportive of it in any way.

I don't understand how people can do this to each other

I agree that this will not faze ISIS, but that shouldn't change what needs to happen.

Who do you think is directly fighting ISIS? Muslims. The majority of the fighters against are Kurdish, who are predominately Muslim.

quote:
As a whole, the Kurdish people are adherents to a large number of different religions and creeds, perhaps constituting the most religiously diverse people of West Asia. Traditionally, Kurds have been known to take great liberties with their practices. This sentiment is reflected in the saying "Compared to the unbeliever, the Kurd is a Muslim".

Every time ISIS kills a hostage, the bombing of ISIS should be greatly increased. Pulverize them to dust.

You're right. Islam is a murder cult.
Bunch of pedophiles too. They'll kill gays because they have their own homosexual deviant tendencies that they try to repress, just like that piece of shite Muhammed.

Keep in mind our history has instances of drowning and burning people to death for allegations of sorcery and witchcraft
