I don't think Claire has had plastic surgery, she's just a huge fitness and nutrition buff
I've seen interviews with her and she works out religiously with a personal trainer daily. If our wives had that they would look good at that age too

Gloria is hot, but her voice drives me insane. Claire does it for me though. She just seems She would be the good kind of crazy.

Julie Bowen is an attractive lady. I'll give you that. But her chest looks borderline disgusting sometimes. And her plastic surgery bills have to be off the charts. She also looks weirdly skinny sometimes (not fit/thin, but skinny).
I'd never say she's not attractive for her age, but to say she's hotter than she was in Happy Gilmore is laughable IMO.

Phil is scared shitless of Jay and that would prevent him from ever making a move.
I don't know why he stays with Claire. She's an absolute nightmare as a person. Dominant and critical of everything and everyone. Nice face but fake boobs and thin legs are a less than desirable combo.

I'm not a regular watcher of the show, but from what I've seen she's cast as the typical suburban housewife, and I think they nail it. Only thing they miss, IMO, is how often she sexes her husband, especially with 3 kids.

The first few seasons of that show they absolutely nailed that dynamic. I'm guessing the people saying they don't like the relationship are 1 of 2 things.
1. Not married or even close to it.

There's a fine line between "doing everything" and being controlling. I could never live with her.
She's a pretty woman and her character can be amusing at times but I wouldn't want a replica as a wife.
