Despite chavis being solid, he had a few limitations (3rd and chavis, stopping the 2 min drill)

This...the problem will be Depth at ILB.
Godchaux, Neal, Bain, Herron could play DE in a 3-4. Lacouture and LMFAO may be able to play nose with Valentine. Gilmore could go either way. They would still be small on the nose, but it could work.
Hunter, Tuehema, Bower, Clark, Jones can play OLB.
He wouldn't switch straight to a 3-4, but he will probably implement parts of it in an effort to move that way in the future. He has enough athletes to
