I've seen a picture of the professor, and let me just say that the picture of the harpy they use is wayyyy too generous

Republicans now, she writes, are focused on the “determined vilification” of others, and have “crafted a political identity that rests on a complete repudiation of the idea that the opposing party and its followers have any legitimacy at all.”
(Apparently, the irony of this accusation given the content of her own article was lost on her.)

"These, in turn, are core elements of social intolerance . . . which could certainly lead to a desire to deride those not like you — whether people of color, LGBT people or Democrats.”
I can't believe these are the words of someone addressed as "Doctor." The alleged intolerance she speaks of is rivaled only by her own stereotyping.

Great comment:

quote:
Tolerance is such a one-way street for the liberals. Can terminating the life of an unborn child really be considered "progressive" when it is indeed regression into barbarian behavior. Except in the case of rape, each woman can personally control her reproductive rights with a simple "No" which doesn't require subsidies.

This may be the best line of the entire piece.
What an ignorant f*cking c*nt.

Liberal pinheads are so amusing.

Aside from the gross generalization of Republicans, I thought it was only evil Republicans who "hated" others.
Guess it's ok to hate after all.

Professors are allowed to have political views and express them just like students.
I don't buy the republican students will be uncomfortable and not graded fairly angle unless there is proof that she has graded republican students lower than non-republican students for the same work and same answers on exams quizzes.
The burden is on the republicans to show that she unfairly evaluates and grades republicans compared to non-republicans and treats them differently in class.

Why is this sort of thing by a university professor any shock? Northwestern U.Law School had a person on the FBI's Most Wanted List teaching classes till she retired.
