That fat cow has a lot of room to talk... Do as she says, not as she does

Why is a school responsible for feeding children? What happened to the days when kids would go back home during lunch time and come back afterwards?

The money spent on cafeterias should be spent, you know, on EDUCATION.

Well, I'll say that school food failed to resemble anything a reasonable person would label as food long before Michelle Obama came around.

I wonder if Michelle has the guts to try this for food stamp recipients.

The EBR schools sent out a notice this year. Because more children receive free lunch in the District than pay, the Feds are now subsidizing EVERYBODY's lunch regardless of parental income. So my three kids get to eat free. Except, all three refuse to eat the crap they serve and Mrs. Pimp has to pack their lunch anyway. Success!

Honestly, this idea is dumb. Kids were not becoming obese through their school lunches.

Also, not sufficiently feeding a child can result in a rebound-like binge eating when they get home.
