Ahh, severed monkey heads and tasting human ashes

Can't be worse than Far Cry 3.

SUMMARY:

Rich, spoiled kids accidentally land on pirate controlled island.

Main whiny douche gets tattoos which make him a better killer.

Douche continues to whine as you save his friends.

Douche meets freedom fighter woman who claims that he is the magical savior douche.

Douche whines the rest of his life or dies, depending on which path you take.

Far cry 3 had the worst endings I've ever seen in a game.

Te story in this seems ok. You coming home to bury your moms and it looks like your moms used to screw some psycho prick back in the day. That's all I've gotten so far.

I did just have an epic fight with a rhino that I lost. I and two other guys emptied 2 clips into that thing and it still killed me.

I don't see it. Not great but not awful by any means so far. I did see something later tht looked like it had some unfunny characters but by no means awful.

It looks great.

Far cry was never known for it's great story but I'm enjoying the gameplay.

I'm cool with the story being subpar. This is a game that's really more about creating your own fun. As long as the world is filled with stuff to do, which it looks like it is, it should live up to what I expect.

I picked up on my lunch break and am looking forward to playing T&S and GTA until early next year when witcher and the order come out

Yep. As long as it looks gorgeous, I can fly around in a wing suit, and ride an elephant. I'm sold.

Far Cry games are my guilty pleasure. I know the story won't be great. I'll still have hours and hours of fun just exploring and fricking around in the environment.
