But young people are impulsive and stupid. Yes it can work out, but if you marry before 23, then I'd bet the chances of divorce are nearly 85%. 25 is really the first rational year anyone should get married.
Plus we're living longer, so why shouldn't we stretch out our lives instead of marrying at 18 and 19? I'm likely going to live 20 years longer than my grandparents did, and they lived 20 years longer than their grandparents as well. No need to rush this.

Oh please. 27 is the new 22. I'll grow up when I feel like it, and take on certain responsibilities when I'm ready for them. I'm not ready for kids, and if I were to rush into that right now, it would likely lead to disaster. I'm well aware of my strengths and limitations and am in no hurry to ruin my 20s and have kids.
