The irrelevancy of the ND program continues...

It was an incredible game. The high ratings aren't a surprise.

So a record number of people saw the fsu player remove his helmet on the field with no flag thrown

On the TD play that was called back for OPI

A record number of people are able to confirm how wrong you are in complaining about the pass interference as well.

That's because it was the only relevant game on at the time.

For context, LSU/Bama in 2011 regular season was 11.9.

ah, I see... so why does ND have 3 of the 4 all time rate highest rated ABC games then?

Because the SEC plays on CBS?

usually afternoon games, hardly at night.
most LSU games this year have been on ABC/ESPN

Not where I was.
I got goaded into a house warming party hosted by a few Longhorns.
We weretold to come over and watch football. I assumed FSU -ND would be a priority.
Forgot about the UT game. Got to enjoy the epic matchup of two teams struggling to stay above .500.
Watched the last minute of FSU ND.

It's a shame that they have fans and draw ratings.
They can't compete with the best, yet they still "earn" their spot in big games, because of their popularity
Notre Dame will win out the reg season. They'll be in the playoff, and won't win shite, unless they draw FSU's overrated arse.
Should they face an SEC team in the playoff/finals, they will be absolutely embarrassed.

Fwiw, I don't think any of the SEC teams are great either.

Glad FSU took care of business and gave those posers a well-deserved loss.

Based off what?
The starters for ND are just as good as any and would start on SEC teams. This is not some slow team that does not know how to win.
