How young is too young when it comes to women?

I work a part time job and I am 26, girl is 18 at this part time job. IRL 9, OT 7.
She is coming on to me pretty strong, always snap chatting and texting me unsolicited every day, she is always the one who initiates them. At work is always all over me, trying to talk to me, flirts, always gives me a big hug when she leaves and will go out of her way to say bye to me when she leaves.
Always talks about how much she misses me when I am not at work. Tells me to call her if I ever need anything.
I have kept my distance and everything in check because I think I am too old for her and getting involved with her would be weird for both sides. But she has started to grow on me and am considering having an open mind about it.

I don't regret it but the difference between this 18 year old and the ones I turned down is that she is not a bitch, just geniunely nice. Bitchiness turns me off, so far this 18 year old has shown absolutely none.
