There's a lot of change going on from 18-26. Usually there's a change every two years or so until you finally start morphing into whatever person you're going to be.

That doesn't stop at 26, you'll change until you're dead

I would suggest going out with her. See what's she like outside of work, make sure she acts mature enough before you get intimate. Don't need no crazy bitch giving you trouble but if she acts mature for her age I say go for it

They'll scoop you up in your prime (mid 20s) and leave you once you're older and there are far less available women and your friends are all married.

Broads have the upper hand when they're young, but as we age guys come out ahead. You take a 50- or even 60-something guy, and if he's in halfway decent shape and has some form of employment, he can have as much empty, meaningless sex as he can handle--most of which comes from broads 20-28 years old.

Yeah. The majority of marriages are born from workplace friendships/relationships.

Here's the deal... take her out for drinks (but you'll have to come to Laffy or Vermilion Parish where its legal).

Take her home after yall get drunk and let her have her way with you.

Tell her the next day it was awesome, but you cant do it to often cause you work together.

Repeat in 5 days!

Couple things to consider first

1. Are you gay?
2. Is directly related to you?

If the answer to both is no.. and you still dont pursue it. Your just an idiot.

Not sure I'd let her get drunk. You're just opening yourself up to her yelling rape a few days later when she looks back and regrets letting you frick her.

I met my wife working on a project together. Some people can just deal; fricking never got in the way of work and it eventually became a relationship.

My kind of gal.

especially if he's going to be seeing her all the time at work. This could backfire on him bad. I'm considering making an exception to my rule on that for the first time since I had to resign from a bartending job in college.

FWIW, I'm not against it. If I met someone I had feelings for at work, I doubt I'd refuse to act on it.

But he's asking about fricking an 18 year old.. not saying he has some awesome connection with a woman he thinks he could be with

Big difference in happening to find love at work vs. fricking someone you know isn't going to work out at work.
