No pics, sorry. I am not a perv.

I think people who ask for pics should be banned, because if pics are actually posted it is against the rules.

On the other hand since the pictures would have been taken down, I would not have seen them even if you did post pics.

What guy? Who?

LOL if you mean me. I've actually never been dumped to this day (totally coincidental)

I just meant it's awkward AF to work with someone who's butthurt. And I imagine just as awkward to be the butthurt one.

That said, the vast majority of 18 year olds are not on par with a 26 year old. And you have to go into it knowing it's pretty likely this isn't a forever thing. She might be completely awesome, mature, easygoing, etc. ... but she's at an age where a lot of shite changes, and you might find yourself dumped 2-3 years down the road.

This right here. There's a lot of change going on from 18-26. Usually there's a change every two years or so until you finally start morphing into whatever person you're going to be.

I'm sure there are thousands of people who got married at 18 to someone they barely knew and it worked out, but I'm still not going around encouraging people to rush into marriage

The point is that the consequences IF shite go wrong are far worse when you work with the person than if you didn't. It's risk vs. reward.

Yep. That's what dating an 18 year old will do.

They'll scoop you up in your prime (mid 20s) and leave you once you're older and there are far less available women and your friends are all married.

But this is not what we are talking about? No one is contemplating marriage here, just a roll in the hay, friends with benefits, we both have needs sorta thing...

depends on the woman.

I started dated my wife when she was 22 and I was 30.

She was mature beyond her years.

20 years later we are still going at it ;-).

Seriously. Don't take advantage of her. Don't lead her on. Let it progress.

If she's 18, then she is never "too young"
