Not just top loader but old school top loader
High efficiency top loaders do not let you soak

Top load to get wet and front load to suck the excess moisture away. Best of both worlds.

There was a Great Wall Street Journal article a few years back about washing machines and how the government meddling in the industry messed them up. I wish I had kept my old washing machine.

Who wants to get on their knees to clean their washing machine?! And now I have to buy washing machine cleaner and use that once a month so my washing machine smells good. You must also leave the door open all the time.

Are my clothes and towels truly clean? Sometimes I find little pieces of brown gunk on clothes that comes from the inside to the rubber gasket that holds all the gunk.

I did tons of research including asking multiple different people and the only people that had anything positive to say about front loaders were the people selling them.

Top loader. I don't like having to bend over.

Why is everyone picking on front-loaders?

Looks sturdy-enough for me...

We have had 4 sets of washer/dryers. I hate to say this but Top load gets the clothes smelling a lot better than Front. front loads are a little more expensive and the only thing they do better is look a little fancier.

Go to a local store and get you a good old- fashioned Speed Queen. It will be the last washer or dryer you ever buy.
