I was expecting at least a barrel roll or something.
pretty awesome jet, and it will certainly fly a pretty impressive aerobatic profile, but the Captain would be in a little trouble for doing that
ETA: the computer logic is such that you can roll it inverted, take your hands off, and it will right itself, like"this is a transport category airplane dumbass, we're not supposed to fly inverted!"

A nearly empty jetliner is surprisingly maneuverable. When in commercial service they are not flown anywhere near their capabilities.

That take off and then leveling off that quickly would make my body go weightless but my stomach contents would be.

airliners are a lot more agile than people imagine, because of certification/mission requirements, their power to weight ratios exceed that of many fighter aircraft, the new wings are incredibly efficient, these are by no means what everyone thinks of as lumbering airliners

I guess. He just did a barrel roll. The laws of physics did the rest.

I could roll a 777 without you ever knowing it if it were dark or the shades were down

Looks like the base of the wings progressively slant upwards, as opposed to tradition wings that are pretty much straight...

And maybe one for a few of the new 747-8 too?

I'm watching on an iPhone but it sure looked like a computer generated video to me. Yes the landscape was real but the plane itself looks fake

If you watch the second video in the OP link, the plane does the things as in the first vid and the point of view never changes from the ground.
