airliners are a lot more agile than people imagine, because of certification/mission requirements, their power to weight ratios exceed that of many fighter aircraft, the new wings are incredibly efficient, these are by no means what everyone thinks of as lumbering airliners

Exactly so. My unprofessional guess is that the thrust/weight ratio is more than adequate but that you don't want a big fuel load in the wings. Or passengers who scare easily. Amirite?

The wings have an obvious but subtle design difference from previous passenger planes, but I can't put my finger on it.

The lead designer of the Dreamliner designed the wings after the albatross. The bird can glide miles and move freely through the sky without flapping it's wings because of the wing shape.

It's not like he did an aileron roll or something. Sheeze.

The Camera Operators and chopper pilots deserve a mention. Obvious "choreography" went into this.

How many helicopters were used?

When in commercial service they are not flown anywhere near their capabilities.

They should be. And charge extra. That would make my Memphis to LA flights a tad more exciting!!!

a 777
The fuselage of a 737 can fit into the engine of a 777. True story.

I'm watching on an iPhone but it sure looked like a computer generated video to me. Yes the landscape was real but the plane itself looks fake

I thought the exact same thing.
