Considering how narrowly this decision was tailored, it's apparently only a "war on womenz" working for "closely held companies" with religious convictions.

If they feel that strongly about it, they should protest by not accepting checks from that company.

People that vote for congressmen in hope that said congressmen will overturn SCOTUS decisions are doomed to disappointment.

Pro-life proponents should have learned that lesson long ago.

No he doesn't. If he did, he wouldn't have told insurance companies what benefits they were required to offer.

It's amazing out deceptive Obama and the WH are especially with this comment:

quote:

Women—not their bosses—should be able to make their own health care decision

Like this decision has anything to do with women's healthcare choices.

That's what Obamacare does. It requires a certain level of coverage.

95% of the electorate do not understand the nuances of this decision so hell, why not? If you're a Dem, milk that cow until she's dry.

Part of Ginsberg's dissent. I don't know the actual answer, but should it not be "yes"?

L O fricking L.

The only difference between that CEO and the POTUS is that if the POTUS doesn't want to follow the current healthcare law, he gets to change it unilaterally with the unanimous consent of the Dems.

Agree. The answer should be yes. However in practice IDK how this particular question will play out.

Obamacare has the potential to collapse with a "yes" answer.

That OP reflects a pretty sweet melt that I wasn't really expecting from such a narrow ruling.
