bodybuilding.com: prob best customer service i've seen

Cannot believe the love for zappos. They better send you your shite overnight bc that is the most overpriced store on the web. You can find most their products 50% off elsewhere.

My wife called them up after she lost a shoe from a pair that she had just bought from Zappos and gave them this sob story, and they shipped her a brand new pair of the same shoe.

Sprint is absolutely HORRIBLE.

I switched away from them in 2012 after 12 years.

They have pitiful customer service and pricing.

that reminds me of discount tire as well.

i had always used mom and pop shops or walmart for tire care and one time i had a flat in the mall and took it there and they fixed it for free. i took another one by and fixed it for free, having never once bought a tire from them. been there every time since and while it is sometimes pricy, they cover their tires with good protection plans.

In terms of service I've had great experiences with LL Bean and Mens Wearhouse.

LL Bean will replace anything for any reason, period. They stand behind their product no matter how old it may be. I had a pair of boots that the sole started coming off after 4 or so years. I called them and asked where I can get them repaired, they said no need to repair them and had a new pair of boots on my doorstep 4 days later.

I was traveling to Texas for a conference a few years back and my luggage was lost. I arrived to my hotel around 8pm and I was scheduled to speak the following morning. I called Mens Wearhouse and talked to the Manager. The location was a ways off, the store was closing for the day and I didnt have transportation. The Manager asked me for my sizes and an hour later was at the hotel with several suits in hand. We put together a suit and I wore it the next day. I asked the Manager how much it was going to cost me and he said to leave the suit with the concierge and he'll grab it the next day. He saved my arse and that is customer service excellence...

My wife and I went to Carrabba's on Friday night. My chicken came out undercooked. They comped the entire meal. You want to have customers return? Own up to it when you make a mistake. We will definitely return.

bullshite. I've found that their prices are usually a few dollars higher than the same shoe on other websites, but the overnight shipping more than makes up for it. Zappos has great sales from time to time as well.
