nah, she works and makes her own money. She orders the shite from them herself, she's a big girl, if she thought she was getting fricked then she wouldn't shop there.

zappos was designed for impatient or ignorant shoppers. It is extremely convenient, but you are pissing money. I never pay full price for an item therefore i will never shop at zappos.
their "clearance" items are just regular prices at most retailers

Cannot believe the love for zappos. They better send you your shite overnight bc that is the most overpriced store on the web.

Not in my experience. I always price shop before I buy, and they are always right there. May not be the case for all products, but has been for me.

Otterbox sent me a free case after I uploaded a picture of my broken Otterbox. That was pretty nice of them.

Wow. 5 pages and not one single mention of Weber. I guess this isn't the food board, because that would be the first company mentioned. I have had only excellent experiences with them. Friendly, fast, efficient, they stand behind their product, and send replacement parts at a discounte/free price if you are polite or they feel that there were any problems on their end.

I've never been very price conscious, but yeah you pay a premium at Zappos.

Has anyone said an auto dealer service dept. yet? I wouldn't think good service could ever exist at one of those.

Folks at Jay's BBQ on Sherwood are very friendly and have great service.

My wife is the second tightest person I know behind my dad, I don't believe for a second their prices are much more(if any) than other retailers.

I've had notably good service with Capital One, American Express, General Motors, Whole Foods, and FedEx.

I've had notably bad service from:

Comcast
Memphis Light, Gas, and Water
Region's Bank

That's about it.

Edit. Just realized that other than Regions, the worst service that I've had was with businesses that operate in a monopoly. I've dumped Regions after being a customer for 15 years, but I don't have an alternative to Comcast or the power company.

Yeah the stuff I have ordered has always been cheaper than other sites.

Again...they are always doing sales and if you look google online you can always find promo codes to use to get additional money off(ex:extra 25% off).
