Fat people are going to justify being fat no matter how ignorant and foolish they look. M&M's make the world go round.

That was disappointing, I kept waiting for the fat people to call the skinny people out and be like "yea we're happy, healthy, and fat as frick deal with it!"
Or for it to be revealed that they have diabetes and can't climb stairs. Neither of those happened....

But we already knew this, didn't we? I know there are a certain percentage of people that have a medical condition with contributes to their weight. But that % is far lower than some people want you to believe.
My physical condition is my responsibility. I've lost almost 40lbs since Jan 1st by running regularly and eating smarter. Not some crazy diet, I just make better choices. I don't eat fast/junk food. I eat chicken, lots of veggies, limit my bread. I'm trying to cut out diet sodas, and I've progressed down to 1 a day (from around 5 or 6.)
You know what? I feel better. I have more energy than I have in years. I can run 5 miles regularly with no problem. I ran the CCC for the first time in my life. I'm registered to do my first half marathon this fall.
Its not some voodoo secret. I'm 32 years old and made the decision that I wanted to be in the best shape of my life by the end of the year. You are responsible for your actions.

Healthism? BWAHAHAHAHA.
I'm not even really as much of a fat shamer as many on here, but that's fricking pathetic. Exercising is hard? Geez. How pathetic.
