That's a good list for 25.

My first time on an airplane was age 16, my second was 18, my third was 21. I had only visited a state that didn't border Iowa once before visiting Florida at 18 on a senior trip. Daytona, pffft.

26 for me.

Haven't been north of Colorado in the west or north or east of Penn in the NE. Figure a visit to the NE could knockout another 7 or 8.

You ever been through Iowa on one of those missions?

I'm sure many of you have yet to see Rushmore. It's kind of gay, but completely impressive in scale. Rapid City is actually a nice little town, many great dining options.

That's a cool story to have, motorcycle trek to Alaska.

34, with Delaware and Pennsylvania being iffy because I went through them rather than stopping there.

I've been to every state east of the Mississippi but Vermont and Michigan, along with the entire southwest. The big gaps are in the Northwest and the Great Plains, along with Alaska and Hawaii.

Furthest I've gone on a bike is from Alabama to Washington and back. Hoping to do it again in a few years when the kids are grown and this time take my wife. Just set out heading west and take about two months to go there and back.

Where have you been in Iowa?

Agree on Rushmore and Western South Dakota. The scale of Rushmore is undeniably impressive though, everyone that has the means to do so should get up there once.
