I will never drink any other root beer brand again.
Perfection.
Perfection.

Abita is one of the better locally available root beers...I prefer Souix City Sasparilla. I like to try local root beers when travelling and buy some unusual ones from from The Root Beer Store. The craft root beer industry is following in the footsteps of the growing craft beer explosion.

I too find it the best you can buy in stores. I thought it was the best all around until I stopped into a Ward's fast food place and tried their 'homemade' one. Now THAT is the bomb! Get it in the frosty mug if you want perfection.

It's good but it's the second best behind the root beer from the Frost Top in downtown B.R.

It's gotta be better than their beer.

I don't get root beer. If I'm going to drink something that tastes like foot I want to at least get a buzz from some.

Virgil's is a brewed root beer, made from natural herbs and spices. Unlike other root beers, it is a pure product with absolutely no preservatives. Unlike other root beers that are cold processed, Virgil's is heat pasteurized. All-natural herbs and spices are blended with unbleached cane sugar (other root beers use high fructose corn syrup) and crystalline water. After the root beer is bottled, it is then heat pasteurized. This pasteurization process gives Virgil's a long self life without using artificial preservatives. Bon Appetit

Yessir. I saw that comment and thought "hey maybe that's someone I know" then saw it was you. Abita Bombs are the best and worst decision of any night they are a part of.

Abita Bombs FTMFW
My second favorite shot next to an Irish Car-bomb. It may sound gross, but they mix so damn well.

But abita is a close second.
