Our kids will be in Klein ISD schools unless my wife changes jobs. Convenience is one reason since they go to her school and Klein ISD is one of the best.
Grew up in Spring. KISD is great. Went from grade school to hs there and mom taught for KISD for ten years. I still enjoy going back to the Spring area of Houston.

The Plano/Allen/Frisco area is going to be even more of a bonanza for realtors than it already is.
Toyota will mean *a lot* more jobs than the 4K or so they're bringing directly. Their suppliers, etc.
These will be white collar jobs looking for your standard $500K to $1MM breeding pen. Guess it's better than living in 1/2 the home for twice the price in Cali!

Can Baton Rouge real estate ever do as well as this?
St George could.

I mean, if you're gonna live in the Woodlands, which is far away from everything and trafficky, why not live in Magnolia and get a shite-ton more land and house for the money? The schools are not bad in Magnolia by any means.
