I wonder the same thing about the Saints games.

Something tells me as the seats go up, the level of education drops. And that could be said of any major event that 75k people attend

and also the fact that someone said it was the loudest they've ever heard the Superdome.

HUH?

I was there. That didn't hold a candle to the one Saints game I went to. Granted, it was the one this past year where they broke the record for sound.. but still.

We went as a joke. We normally just sit around on a Sunday night and drink somewhere that closes as midnight, so we decided frick it.. got cheap seats and had fun.

We were surprised. Usually, the cheap seats at a sporting event or concert are the people who aren't rowdy. These people were ROWDY. They were so into it. Highest seat in the building and they were yelling and everything.

None of us watch wrestling, so we left early out of boredom, but the intros were the most fun. Especially The Undertaker's intro.

I'm sure there were quite of few dads that sacrificed their day to bring their 8 year old to an event like this

All entertainment TV is fake, staged, scripted, etc. Sorry you've been led to believe that other tv shows are real.

and most of sporting outcomes have degrees of manipulation.

I would put money down that the pop for Stone Cold and after Bryan pinned HHH were two of the loudest moments in Dome history, and I have been to many Saints games.

Pro wrestling is an art. Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean you should put down anyone that likes it or has nostalgia towards it.

This will stop me from making fun and talking shite to people who watch and like NASCAR. I will do it till the activity is shut down

Watching, talking about it with others, taking it serious, being shocked by its outcome, attending in person, etc etc All fairly disturbing imo

Paging Berg and his buddy who's a long time lurker. They were at Rasslemania. I can't pay $200 a ticket for a BCSCG with my beloved Tigers playing, muchless for a ticket to that shite.

Well grown women watch soap operas, basically the same thing, just with hitting and more violence. It's all entertainment, if someone wants to spend money on it, that's their business, doesn't bother me. Stacy Kiebler started out in wrestling, so there's that

As always, those using the phrase "I feel sorry for them" are the saddest of them all. Live and let live.

If wrestling is your thing then watch away. Don't expect me to not assume you aren't terribly bright though.

Considering it's openly scripted and pre-determined, still wondering why this is such a big deal.

It's no different than any other fictional television program that people get invested in. If there are still people who think it's real, that's another issue.

I'm more surprised any adults watch the big bang theory. I mean, I enjoyed terrible sitcoms when I was 11, but I grew out of it.

I don't watch it anymore but I don't comdemn those that do. The worst people are the ones going out of their way to point out how "fake" it is. Fake would imply that they're trying to pass it off as real, and that cat's been out of the bag for years now.
