Legally, more than likely. The kid in this story is 16. Here in Ark. a lawyer told me one time that I would get in more trouble for beating up on a minor even though the minor harassed my daughter and physically attacked my wife.

I have a step son that hooked up with his GF at the time in his room. I came home for lunch unannounced and heard what was going on. So I knocked on the door loudly and told them to get dressed and to meet me in the kitchen.
I talked to them about safe sex, how I really could not stop them but I was not going to give them permission. I told the girl I was going to have to call her parents and let them know.
Which I did and they handled their daughter. They still aloud her to see my son.
We just handled it like responsible adults.

People, you would do yourself good to take note of this excellent post. This is how you are supposed to do it in a clam and rational way like a mature and responsible adult that wouldn't dare deign himself to be a knee jerk meathead like some people in thread.

If the young man wants to act like a man he should be ready to accept the consequences of this actions. It should be no surprise to anyone that a father finding his little one being railed is going to rightfully whip some arse. If that is to brutal or manlike for your delicate sensitivities, I'm sorry for you.
There are times when a man should be a man. I blame those trophies you won for eighth place for your issues.

This is such a naive and ignorant thought to have in the context of this thread. Its not a "little one" thats the issue here, its a young woman. Why do you support coddling and sheltering a young woman like this when she should be learning life lessons on this subject? Treating her as a little one does her more harm than good.
The young woman is a human being and was just as horny as her boyfriend and naturally they're going to frick no matter what. All you can do is tell her not to do it in your house and make sure she's at least using birth control and knows safe sex.

The mom should feel lucky that her son is alive. I would have likely killed him. I hope the father did not intentionally hit his daughter, though. (I did not read the full report.)
