What about a 15 barge trip? That'd make it more like once every 2 weeks need to pickup.

Yea you need to go to an operator like Canal Barge, Ceres Barge, or Cooper Consolidated. Looking at a much higher HP tug now. Volume and regular shipments should fetch better rates.

Also, $1k for the barge is absurd..

Gotta add all our markups.
$4500 / day for the tugboat + fuel at $1,500 to $2,000 / day
$1,000 / day for the barge
200 miles would be approximately 2 days each way
Add 1 day for loading and offloading

Approximately $35,000 - $40,000 / trip.

Nothing, wife works at a bank.
I bet I drink more than $100 worth.

The 4 blocks of the WWII Museum campus seem to be "safe" compared to one more block in any direction. They have a nice parking garage and the Higgins hotel is awesome.

Great review on these modules by Ozell Jary.

I used a paperclip and heated it with a torch while holding it with a vise-grip pliers on a jobsite. Old timer convinced me to do it saying a needle is too small and a lighter isn't hot enough. Worked like a charm.
